There is chaos and confusion in the Appetizer Round as the chefs race to get their perch plated. Then in the Entrée Round, one chef is taken to task for undercooking meatballs, while another is left to explain how her plan for cheese crackers from the mystery basket went wrong. And the two remaining chefs go all out in the final round, after discovering hard candy and hard liquor in the Dessert Basket.

Ingredients: Red Carrots, Chinese Okra, Potato Knishes, Ocean Perch
Debroah prepared potato knishes and ocean perch crostini with red carrots and okra.Alex loves the ocean perch.Chris only has piece on his plate.Her presantaition is the best of the round.
Jacques did a fish taco with okra,carrot,potato coleslaw.The judges love his taco.They find the dish too simple.Also his fish is undercooked.
Jodi made ocean perch salad with spicy dressing.The dressing is not really spicy.But,on the bright side her salad is great.Jodi's ocean perch is the best of the round.
Anthony made crusted ocean perch with okra sauce,and carrots.His okra sauce is slimy ,and the perch has bones.However,it was the most creative.
The judges chop chef Jacques for the undercooked fish,and a too simple dish.
