Mark Bittman is the author of 2 best-selling cookbook series: "How to Cook Everything:..." and "The Minimalist..." and author of the weekly New York Times column, The Minimalist. His work has appeared in numerous newspapers and magazines, and he is a regular on the "Today" show. He has hosted two public television series and is currently appearing in a third.
