Class is in session in the Chopped kitchen! Four school cafeteria chefs compete to raise awareness about the importance of good meals for kids. With White House chef Sam Kass as a guest judge, the ladies seek to make a big impression with their first dishes, made with dill pickles and canned tuna. Then in the entrée round, quinoa is a new ingredient for two out of the three chefs. Will they be able to take something unknown and create something great? The two finalists pour their hearts into making fantastic desserts that include grapes and cream cheese. And an emotional victory brings an incredible competition to its conclusion.

Appetizer[]
Ingredients: Canned Tuna Fish, Wonton Wrappers, Spinach, Dill Pickles
Chef Cheryl: Tuna Wontons, with Dill Pickle Lemon Spinach: The wontons were very good according to all judges. However the judges thought Cheryl needed to use more extra ingredients, but overall it was a good dish.[]
Chef Rhonda: Tuna Salad on a Baguette, and Wonton chips: Amanda finds the bread to be very dry, however the tuna salad is very flavorful. Sam pointed out she didn't give him that many wonton chips.[]
Chef Dianne: Tuna Spinach Meatballs, with Wonton "pasta", and a Pickle Bell Pepper puree: The wonton pasta was very creative, and tasted good. All judges liked the meatballs, but the problem was the puree was too strong.[]
